OWA will test and install all relevant operating system patches to the hosting environment on a monthly basis.
Should a zero-day exploit be discovered in between scheduled patching cycles, then OWA will test and install the relevant patch as soon as one is available and we are happy that it is stable enough to be deployed in a production environment.
Application security protection
OWA will test and install all relevant application framework and dependent software patches on a monthly basis.

In addition to the patch management and application security protection services, OWA backs up all production data every 24 hours and can rapidly recover a server in the unlikely event that a compromise occurs.
